Innerve March 2019: News, Views and Insights

March 30th, 2019

It is once again that time of the year when businesses are busy closing their financial books and analysing the financial health of the companies. This is also the time for yet another edition of Innerve – SOBHA’s magazine, which gives you a peek into the events, news and trends impacting the company and the real estate sector.

The March issue of Innerve focuses on our USP – Backward Integration Model. SOBHA’s constant endeavour to improve and strengthen its processes, technology competencies to create a solid self-reliant backend is what differentiates us. This is why SOBHA worked towards developing its in-house capabilities by setting up four different factories – Interiors, Glazing and Metal Works, Concrete Products and Restoplus Mattresses. In this issue, you will read about each of these factories and their plans ahead.

The Life@SOBHA section this time features some of SOBHA’s employees who have been with the company for the past 20 years! You will read about their journey at SOBHA. This issue, we bring you a new section called Landmarks. It highlights two of our exemplary projects and the efforts and challenges that went into ensuring their completion on time. You will also read excerpts of the interview of Mr. PNC Menon by Track2Realty in the section In Conversation.

As always, March edition of Innerve continues to capture the latest trends and developments in the sector with Home Buyers’ Advantage, Realty Buzz and Outlook. Each of these sections highlight different aspects of the real estate sector, helping you make an informed choice. We also give you a glimpse into most of the important aspect of our project completion process – Snagging in the Know How section. In addition, our regular segment of Spotlight focuses on some of our ongoing projects while the What’s Brewing @ SOBHA gives a glimpse of the events that has kept the team SOBHA engaged.
