SOBHA Connect 2.0 Kicks off on a promising note

Since inception, customers have been at the core of SOBHA’s business strategy. Engaging with them continuously at a deeper level helps us evolve and strengthen our processes further. To this end, we are back with our second edition of the unique customer outreach program – SOBHA Connect 2.0 – bigger and better. This year’s theme is focused on recognising the talents of SOBHA residents through a special platform called ‘SOBHA’s Got Talent’ (SGT).

Our first leg of the program was organised at SOBHA Althea and Azalea on 7th April, 2018. The event’s main attraction ‘SOBHA’s Got Talent’ saw many splendid performances that enthralled the audience. This year, SOBHA Connect has introduced a once-in-a-lifetime offer for SOBHA residents, which entitles them, their friends and family a fully-loaded modular kitchen on booking any SOBHA home pan-India within a period of 60 days from the day of the program held at their society. The scheme received a big thumbs-up from the residents with many enquires.

As a part of our listening process, we were able to connect with around 200 residents with many sharing their experience of living in a SOBHA home through video testimonials and feedback forms. The evening was also packed with a host of fun filled activities for all age groups. This included balloon shooting, archery, caricature artist, karaoke along with a special social spot for people to share their experiences of living in a SOBHA home while clicking selfies and groupfies.

An evening of celebration and fun is incomplete without food. And this is why a wide spread of delectable snacks were available through the food trucks present at the venue, making it a memorable experience for all.
