SOBHA’s ‘The Now or Never Sale’ Expo: A celebration of achievement!

SOBHA homes are not just brick and mortar. It is a world of experiences. SOBHA’s ‘The Now or Never Sale’ Expo was envisaged as a means to offer customers an opportunity to own unique SOBHA experiences. And if the response received is any indication, we were successful in our attempt.

Today, the event needs no introduction for those who keep a close watch on the developments in Bengaluru’s real estate sector. The homebuyers have welcomed it as a never-before and ever-again opportunity every single time SOBHA has announced it.

Like the first edition, the second leg of SOBHA’s ‘The Now Never Sale’ Expo held at Shangri-La and various project sites on 13th and 14th January, 2018 was a sell-out success. During the two-day event, around 1250 customers dropped in to realise their dreams of owning a SOBHA home.

The first day of Expo began on a high note with one of the customers, Mr. Hiralal Maloo making most of the opportunity and booking not one but three SOBHA home at SOBHA Indraprastha.

Spoilt for Choice

The customers were ushered in through an enchanting walkway, showcasing a life that could be living at SOBHA homes. The SOBHA EventApp, which was introduced in this edition of the Expo, kept the flow of the event clutter-free and transparent.

At the venue, some came alone, some with their friends and some with their families, but all had the same purpose – to own a SOBHA home. The Expo had an exciting range products to capture the imagination of every customer. From 2, 3, 4 Bed apartments to villas and plots, there choices were innumerable. And all within the range of 25 lakh to 9 crore. At the venue, SOBHA had also ensured exclusive deals and price benefits, on-the-spot bookings and instant home loan approvals for the customers.

Fun Galore

While looking for an ideal home, customers also had a fun-filled time. At the Expo, a mini playground was set up. Besides this, a live craft studio, a comic entertainer for children and a host of games and other entertainment activities were arranged to keep the children and parents engaged.


If there was a modicum of doubt on the quality of SOBHA homes in the minds of customers, it was removed at the event. Master mason Manfred Angrick demonstrated brick by brick the detailed process of making a SOBHA home, explaining how and why the quality of construction is not diluted in the process.

A Marketing Triumph

The success of SOBHA’s ‘The Now or Never Sale’ was the result of a well thought out and well-executed marketing strategy.  This included a mix of hoardings, SMSes, social media campaigns, newspaper advertisements and radio jingles. This was supplemented by live coverage by various RJs from the venue, keeping the event alive on the minds of customers. As a result, we were able to sell 64 units over a period of two days, making this Expo a grand success for SOBHA and customers alike.
