Position: Public Relations Professional with 10-15 Years of experience
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring brand consistency and a positive public image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders, securing high-impact media coverage.
- Oversee the planning and execution of investor relations activities, including earnings calls, annual reports, and communications with shareholders and analysts.
- Ensure that all PR and communication efforts comply with relevant financial regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Translate complex financial data and performance metrics into clear, concise messages for various stakeholders.
- Coordinate in engaging with shareholders, including institutional investors, and respond to their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate any potential PR crises.
- Oversee the creation of compelling PR content, including press releases, media kits, articles, and social media posts.
- Strong acumen to repurpose content to increase ‘larger than life’ stories on the Brand
- Plan and execute PR events, such as product launches, press conferences, and industry conferences, to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Developing a strong communication narrative and communication assets (messaging house, topic-based articles, other authored articles, quotes, boiler plates etc)
- Establish KPIs for PR campaigns, track results, and provide regular reports to the CMCO and executive team.
- Manage the PR budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Legal, Projects, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PR, such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies, to build and strengthen relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and development.
Education and Qualifications : Master’s degree in PR & Mass Communications
Desired Profile : Qualifications:
Master’s degree in PR & Mass Communications.
Minimum of 10 years of core experience in public relations, with a proven track record.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital PR strategies and tactics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in crisis communication and issues management.
Strong media relations network and experience in securing media coverage.
Demonstrated ability to manage a PR team and lead them to success.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive PR plans.
Proficiency in using PR tools and software for analytics and monitoring.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
