The year gone by was an eventful and historic year for the realty sector. It saw the implementation of several positive reforms such as Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and Goods and Services (GST), benefiting the homebuyers and developers alike.
While propelling an era of growth, transparency and accountability, these policy initiatives also meant a brief challenging period of transition. During these times, SOBHA not only transitioned seamlessly to the new regime but also strengthened its performance, which is reflected by the improved bottom line.
The year 2017 was also marked as a year of stupendous achievements and awards for SOBHA. From making a brand leadership hat-trick to leading the best practices honour from Track2Realty, to being awarded by CREDAI Karnataka for improving the lives of the underprivileged, to CIDC award for best professionally managed company, SOBHA’s list of accolades goes on.
We have been filling you in with all these happenings at SOBHA through our quarterly magazine, Innerve! In our latest edition of the magazine, we bring to you some of the interesting projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore Kochi and Kozhikode in the Spotlight section. The magazine also showcases one of our latest and exciting launch – Marina One in Kochi in the Focus section.
In addition to this, the January issue of the magazine features some interesting stories about our latest events in India and internationally through what’s brewing @SOBHA. The section also talks about some important wins by our teams.
Now, what’s a magazine without some management insights? The interview section with some of our heads and senior team members offer a lot of knowledge on ways to deal with different situations at work. The latest Innerve issue is also a repository of information on trends and developments such as NRI investment, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and other hot topics that drive homebuyers’ sentiments.
At SOBHA, we are equally focused on making a difference in the lives of the less fortunate. A glimpse of various activities undertaken by our CSR arm is presented in the current issue through a special feature as well as the sustainability section. We hope it encourages our readers to contribute in their own way to help the underprivileged.
