This is also the time for the latest edition of our quarterly news magazine, Innerve. Highlighting different facets of SOBHA in each edition, this issue focuses on SOBHA Academy – our learning and development centre in Bengaluru.
A critical aspect of SOBHA’s business is the continuous growth of employees and technicians. The company continuously invests towards improving the skills and knowledge of employees through relevant training programs. These are a mix of in-house and external workshops/seminars centred around three areas – technical, behavioural and need-based. The Focus section in Innerve captures all about SOBHA Academy and the training programs.
