The Glazing and Metal Works facility has a technical collaboration with ‘Schuco International KG’ and is authorized to market its aluminum doors, windows and glazing systems in the country.
To date, this strategic division of SOBHA has successfully executed a plethora of projects for various prestigious
organizations. Its principal focus is to consistently evolve products of high quality and lasting value.
Shop floor employees are well-trained and undergo
certification from time to time. The department follows all safety and quality standards and has an ISO certification. It is also tapping solar energy through solar panels on the roof of the factory.

SOBHA, known for superior construction since its inception, established its concrete product manufacturing facility to ensure the highest standards of quality, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Set up in Jigani Industrial Area, Bengaluru, with the SOBHA philosophy, vision and business ethos, the factory manufactures a wide range of products of international quality in large-scale volumes. The full-fledged manufacturing facility with automated machinery imported from Germany and UK is maintained and serviced following the highest standards.
Raw materials are sourced from the most trusted and reputed partners, the well-equipped laboratory takes care of the raw and finished material’s quality testing.
This unit has also taken massive steps toward a sustainable future. The entire campus is surrounded by lush green trees and strict measures are taken to minimize the carbon footprint.

SOBHA manufactures and markets the ‘Restoplus’ brand which is available in over 27 varieties and is exported to several countries across the world.
Restoplus began in 2007 and over the last 15 years, has begun delivering across seven states. It has a 225-member strong dealership network. Restoplus is also a member of the International Sleep Product Association.
These high-quality mattresses are made using the best steel, foam, and fabric sourced from the most reputed suppliers. A stringent manufacturing process and a rigorous quality program ensure that only the best is produced and delivered to customers.
To ensure sustained quality of the products, materials and finished products are periodically tested in a ‘Sleep laboratory.’ Spread over 5,000 sqm., this manufacturing facility incorporates some of the latest manufacturing processes with specialized equipment imported from European countries and America.
